Thursday is starting off warmer than the past few mornings as temperatures are mostly in the upper 60s.  Highs today are expected to be back into the mid 80s as breezy conditions kick in for the second half of the day.  You may notice more clouds mixing with sunshine today but rain chances remain at 0% until a few showers become possible late tonight and for Friday.
