Breaux Bridge Police are searching for a suspect in a shooting at the Pilot Truck Stop.

Police are searching for Jared Ledet, 27, of Lafayette.  Authorities say Ledet was involved in the September 1st shooting at the truck stop. According to police, a male victim was shot by Ledet . Police say the suspect and victim did not know each other and that the incident occurred as a result of a dispute that started at the gas station.

Ledet is considered to be armed and dangerous.

Police also have arrested Ashley Blackwell, 26, of Lafayette in connection with the shooting.  She is charged with Principal to Attempted Second Degree Murder and Obstruction of Justice.
