LAFAYETTE, La. (KLFY) After a two-month break, the Blue Monday jam session makes its return to downtown Lafayette on February 11.

The event kicks off at 5 p.m. at Rock’n’Bowl de Lafayette and will go on until the band decides to shut it down.

Since 2017, Blue Monday has raised thousands of dollar to care for local, aging musicians.

A $10 admission fee gets you in the door and $20 gets you a meal that includes homemade red beans, cornbread and stuff fried chicken wings.

Big changes are coming to Blue Monday this year. The jam will be at Rock’n’Bowl in February and March. In April, the show will be taken to St. Landry Parish.

The house band, featuring Steve Adams, Lee Allen Zeno and several musical guests qwill start playing at 6 p.m. Monday night.
