FRANKLIN, La. (KLFY)- A 9-year-old Franklin girl said she was inspired after seeing the city police chief clean storm drains after Tropical Storm Barry.
The young Franklin resident, McCarley, decided to create her own project and challenge folks to help the city with drainage clean up efforts. She’s calling it the #ChiefBeverlyChallenge.
