LAFAYETTE, La. (KLFY) — The Louisiana Department of Health’s Office of Public Health and the Louisiana National Guard will be hosting no-cost COVID-19 testing at the following sites during the week of Dec. 27.
The sites are as follows:
Patients should bring their photo ID and their insurance cards, where applicable. Be aware that for some sites, pre-registration is necessary at http://health.questdiagnostics.com/stlou.
