The 17th annual Louisiana Bridal Expo took place this Sunday at the Cajundome convention center bringing in brides-to-be from all over the state.

The event is organized each year to showcase a variety of vendors in the wedding & bridal industry. Just this year, over 80 of them were present.

Louisiana brides to be were able to taste food from local caterers, watch wedding dress fashion shows, and get information on venues, among many things.

Those in attendance also had the opportunity to win door prizes throughout the entire event.

This year the expo featured their first ever ‘Groom’s Room’, an area where the men could wait on their future spouse while watching the Saints game.
