JENNINGS, La. (KLFY)— A 41-year-old Jennings man was charged with felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile, authorities said.

According to a news release, James Bouley, 41, of Jennings was arrested on a warrant at his residence on Oct. 9.

Chief Deputy Christopher Ivey with the Jefferson Davis Parish Sheriff’s Office said detectives received a complaint concerning a 15-year-old pregnant female back in December 2015.

During the initial investigation, detectives said Bouley denied any type of relationship with the victim but investigators obtained evidence against the Jennings man and presented it to the District Attorney’s office.

A news release stated that Bouley was charged with felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile, indecent behavior with juveniles, pornography involving juveniles, and computer-aided solicitation of a minor.

Bouley is being held in the Parish jail without bond at this time.
