LAFAYETTE, LA (KLFY) Six vehicles are involved in a traffic crash in South Lafayette at this hour.

The crash happened just before 10 p.m. at the intersection of Ambassador Caffery and Congress Street.

Police and medical emergency officals are on the scene and details are limited.  Some eyewitnesses report that at least 5 people are being treated for injuries.
