All week on Passe Partout, Gerald Gruenig will be cooking with our Acadiana Eats Big Game Recipe Contest winners.

This morning, Gerald was in Carencro with today’s winner, Craig Gregory.

Craig made his favorite game day recipe, he calls it “The Tom Brady Special”.

The Tom Brady Special is Craig’s scratch made Crawfish and Crab Etouffee topped with Craig’s stuffed potato.
