UPDATE: Eight people have been arrested in a fatal shooting that happened Friday, July 1, at a residence in the 1000 block of Cemetery Road in Turkey Creek.
Authorities say Clifton Hallmark of Shreveport was fatally shot in the side of his head during an argument with the suspects.
The Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office with assistance from Louisiana State Police and the U.S. Marshals Office arrested the following individuals on charges of accessory after the fact to 2nd Degree Murder:
- Anissa Hallmark
- Christian Williams
- David Williams
- Heather Tate
- Jeremey Wade
- Elizabeth Auxilien
- Brian Elliot Granger
- Micheal Auxilien (not pictured)
Authorities are still on the hunt for Richard Smith and Leland Hamm and are asking anyone with information on their whereabouts to contact the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office Investigation Division at 363-2161.
They say all callers will remain anonymous.
