The following is a news release from the Lafayette City Marshal’s Office: 

The Lafayette City Marshal’s Office is requesting the public’s assistance with locating Bryson Williams (25 years old).

On August 18, 2016 the Lafayette Marshal’s Warrant Division observed WILLIAMS operating a Silver BMW (Louisiana license plate EE18212) in the 600 block of Orchid Drive. 

Deputies with the Marshal’s Office attempted to conduct a traffic stop, at which time WILLIAMS began to flee at a high rate of speed.

The vehicle pursuit was terminated due to the safety of the public.

Bryson Williams currently has several  Warrants for his arrest which include Aggravated flight from an officer, Possession of marijuana 2cts, and Theft.

Bryson Williams is also wanted by the St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Department for Theft over $1,500.00 dollars.
