Lafayette Police are investigating a crash that happened Sunday night.
Officers responded to the scene in the 100 block of Guilbeau Road at its intersection with Johnston Street.
The crash involved a vehicle and a bicyclist.
The unidentified bicyclist was transported to a local hospital with severe injuries.
Corporal Karl Ratcliff says the circumstances of the crash are still under investigation.
