BREAUX BRIDGE, La. (KLFY)— Deputies arrested a Breaux Bridge man for non-compliance sex offender, authorities say.

Major Ginny Higgins tells News 10, that deputies arrested Devlin Stelly, 29, in the early hours of August 1.

Stelly was charged with “Duty to report change of address/register. He was booked into the St. Martin Parish Correctional Center with a bond of $5,000.
