Three members of a Bunkie family were arrested at their home after a lengthy narcotics investigation.

According to Avoyelles Parish Sheriff Doug Anderson, 58 year old Daniel Slocum, 52 year old Pamela Slocum, and 28 year old Daniel Slocum III, were arrested by the Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Investigators as a result of an investigation into the allege distribution of the illegal substances to include 4.5 ounces of suspected Marijuana and over 200 pharmaceutical dosage units, with an estimated street value of approximately $3,000.00

Authorities say Pamela Solcom and Daniel Slocum were charged with Possession of Schedule I CDS with intent to distribute, Possession of Schedule II with the intent to distribute, Possession of CDS II, and Possession of Schedule IV with the intent to distribute.  Daniel Slocum III was charged with Possession of Schedule I, and was also arrested on an outstanding warrant for contempt of failure to appear.

Authorities say all three family members were booked into the Avoyelles Parish jail with bond set at $6,000.00 on each.
