***LEVEL II ENDANGERED MISSING CHILD ALERT CANCELED***

UPDATE – 6:22 pm 7-year-old Jayla Kielnn Francis from Patterson has been located, safe by police and is in good condition.  Questions regarding this case should be forwarded to the Patterson Police Department.


**Level II Endangered Missing Child Media Advisory**

Patterson – The Louisiana State Police has issued a Level II Endangered/Missing Child Advisory on behalf of the Patterson Police Department for a 7 year old child reported missing on Thursday, November 12, 2015.

The child, Jayla Kielnn Francis, is a 7 year old black female with brown eyes and dark brown hair styled in three ponytails. She is approximately 4’0” tall and weighs 80 pounds. She was last seen Thursday, November 12, 2015, at approximately 3:00 p.m. near Gabriel Street and Lucy Street in Patterson.

She was last seen wearing her Hattie Watts Elementary School uniform of khaki shorts and a blue shirt. She was also wearing pink tennis shoes and carrying a pink book sack with flowers.

Anyone having any information as to the whereabouts of Jayla Kielnn Francis should immediately contact the Patterson Police Department at 985-395-6161 or 911. At this time, the attached photo is the only image available of Jayla.
