UPDATE: DOTD reports traffic congestion has cleared on I-10 East from MM 117 to MM 124 on the Atchafalaya Basin Bridge following bridge maintenance operations.
Traffic congestion on I-10 East is now from the Cecilia, Henderson Exit to the Iberville/St. Martin parish line due to bridge inspections on the Atchafalaya Basin Bridge, according to DOTD.
Officials recommend using US 190 East as an alternate route.
