LAFAYETTE, La. (KLFY)- Several vehicles were involved in a crash this afternoon on Johnston Street.

According to Lafayette Police Department spokesperson Cpl. Bridgette Dugas, the seven-vehicle crash occurred in the 2600 block of Johnston.

One person was taken to local hospital with minor injuries. One driver was given multiple citations including failure to stop at a stop sign, Dugas said.
