Detectives with the Acadia Parish Sheriff’s Office need the public’s help in locating a wanted fugitive.
A warrant has been issued for the arrest of 23 year old Kenneth Stevens of Crowley on charges of cruelty to juveniles.
Authorities say Stevens is 6’2” with black hair and brown eyes and weighs 180 pounds.
He is known to travel in a black Cadillac, according to authorities.
