JEFFERSON DAVIS PARISH, La (KLFY)– Deputies with the Jefferson Davis Parish Sheriff’s Office closed several burglary cases this week after picking up a suspect, authorities say.

Jordan Pickett, 24, of Kinder was arrested and charged with one count of attempted burglary, three counts of burglary, one count of theft, two counts of criminal damage to property and one count of unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling.

Deputies say the incidents occurred at different residence over recent months.

Authorities say they have been working on leads in this case for two weeks.
