Cade Fire Department responded to structure fire early Thursday morning on Highway 182 near Duchamp Rd.

Broussard  Fire Department assisted.

No injuries have been reported at this time.  We have a crew in route. Updates will be provided as information becomes available. 

UPDATE: 

Home owners were renting out the house.  The current occupant Erica, says nobody was home at the time of the fire.  She says the fire began around 2am. 

The  cause of fire is still unknown at this time.
