Acadiana’s fresh options are expanding with more opportunities to shop at the local farmers market.

Running every Saturday from 8 a.m. until noon at 913 Johnston Street, the public is invited to come out and see what’s new and fresh at the Farmers Market.

Shoppers and those just curious to see what the farmers market is all about, can find the same healthy options they love including meats and vegetables and of course some sweet treats too.

Doug Leblanc joined us in the studio to discuss his delicious new coffee bean, Father’s Espresso.

Also, Michelle Macfadyen stopped by to talk about all the tasty fall veggies that are on sale at the market.
