LAFAYETTE, La. (KLFY)- A Lafayette Parish grand jury had indicted suspended city marshal Brian Pope on two additional counts of malfeasance.
According to the indictment, Pope is accused of transferring money owed to the Lafayette/City Marshal’s Office into his personal account.
The first charge alleges that he deposited $1,380.21 between March 23 and December 31, 2018.
The first charge alleges that he deposited $1,867.60 between May 29 and December 31, 2018.
