The doors to the new gym will open 30 minutes prior to each orientation session to sell planners, IDs and lanyards, P.E. Uniforms, spirit shirts, and parking permits. No one will be allowed to enter the gym after orientation begins. Schedules can be picked up following each orientation session. COMPLETE SCHOOL UNIFORM & PROPER GROOMING IS REQUIRED.

Students can begin purchasing parking on Wednesday, July 25,2018 for a cost of $25. A parking permit is needed to park on campus the first day of school. Spirit gear and PE uniforms will be available for purchase at all orientations.

Student rosters will be posted outside the classroom doors. Parents are encouraged to bring their child’s labeled supplies with them. A mandatory $5.00 registration fee (cash or money order) is required of all students in Kindergarten through sixth grade. Registration for the Student Care Program may be completed during the orientation.

Uniforms are required in order to participate in orientation.

WESTGATE HIGH

Freshman Thursday, August 2, 2018 9:00 a.m.—Auditorium

The orientation will be open to first time students and parents only. Visitors are not permitted.
