A foggy, warm, and humid morning across Acadiana will be followed by another summer-like afternoon with healthy rain chances.  Isolated to scattered showers and storms are possible during the afternoon and evening hours today.  If you don’t see any rain within your area, the heat index is expected to be near 100°.

Rain chances look even lower this weekend as they drop to 20% for each afternoon.  High temperatures will reach into the mid 90s with more of Acadiana seeing a heat index in the low 100s!  Make sure to hydrate, wear sunscreen, and take breaks if you’re working outside this weekend.
