OPELOUSAS, La. (KLFY) – A concert benefiting victims of the historic flooding will be taking place next month.
The Acadiana Strong concert will take place Sunday, September 4th at Evangeline Downs in Opelousas.
Musicians from across Louisiana will headline the show, including Zydeco legend Wayne Toups and Country music star and Louisiana native Kix Brooks.
All of the proceeds will go to the Community Foundation of Acadiana, which will disperse the funds to Acadiana flood victim families.
