Carencro, La. (KLFY) A 23 year old Lafayette man was found dead inside a car before dawn Saturday in the 300 block of Amesbury Drive.

Carenco Police say they received a call around 4:30 a.m. of a shooting in progress.

When they arrived, police say they found Henry Mouton dead inside the vehicle.

Other details have not been released and police say they are still processing the crime scene.
