Literacy-focused non-profit donates 200 tablets to Northside High School

LAFAYETTE, La. (KLFY) – The local non-profit organization, Litearcy, Inc. donated 200 eReader electronic tablets to Northside High School today.

Literacy Inc. is primarily funded through ticket sales at the Fright Trail, a seasonal Halloween haunted trial in Scott, LA.


The organization was founded in 2007 by award-winning author and entrepreneur Deborah LeBlanc and is dedicated to fighting illiteracy rates in Louisiana’s teens.
