RAYNE, La. (KLFY)– A man allegedly stabbed his nephew three times after an argument turned into a fight.

According to a news release sent to News 10, an argument between Wilfred Grant and his nephew escalated into a fight outside of a convenience store. It is unclear to News 10 what the argument was about.

Police say during the fight, Grant pulled out a knife and stabbed his nephew three times. The victim is now in stable condition.

Wilfred Grant was charged with attempted second-degree murder and was brought to the Acadia Parish Jail.
