A man receives an additional charge in connection with a late October shooting death.

Jaylin Lamb is charged with 2nd Degree murder in the death of Joseph Aggison.

Back in October, officers said they initially responded to a shooting where two people were injured.

They later learned that Aggison arrived at a hospital with a gunshot wound to his neck and died a short time after.

Police said Aggison was a suspect in an armed robbery and the shooting that injured the two people.

They also said Lamb exchanged gunfire with Aggison which resulted in his death. 

At that time Lamb was taken into custody on a charge of felon in possession of a firearm.
