UPDATE: Anique Whitehurst, the Mamou woman reported missing since Friday, has been located and is safe. The Mamou Police Department thanks the public for their help in locating the young mother. 

ORIGINAL: Authorities in Mamou are searching for 37-year-old Anique Whitehurst. 

According to the Mamou Police Department, Whitehurst was last seen Friday night around 9 p.m. driving a 2016 Gray Chevy Traverse, with her back window busted.

License plate number 200CFS.

Police say family members have been trying to contact Whitehurst by phone, but their attempts have been unsuccessful.

Whitehurst has one daughter.
