Bryan Chase, the father of missing UL student Caitlyn Chase, has been reunited with his daughter in Los Angeles, California.

In a Facebook post, Chase says he was reunited with daughter Caitlyn in a Popeye’s Chicken Restaurant.

Chase says it appears Caitlyn had not eaten since leaving Louisiana on Monday and that she needed to freshen up a bit, but that it was the least of his worries.

“She’s safe and were back together and pretty soon heading back to Louisiana.” Chase said.

“Thank You to everyone, Im so happy. Nobody gave up and Im so happy.”

Caitlyn Chase was reported as missing and a welfare concern last Monday by UL Lafayette Police.

Later that day, police say they had video showing Caitlyn boarding a bus at the Lafayette Greyhound Station that was heading to Los Angeles.
