The Kaplan Fire Department and authorities with the State Fire Marshal’s Office are investigating a tragic fire that happened on Romeal Road in Kaplan Sunday morning.

Initial reports indicate that there are 3 fatalities associated with this residential structure fire, according to the State Fire Marshals’ Office.
