New Iberia Mayor Freddie DeCourt, along with Police Chief Todd D’Albor announced the initiative Wednesday saying it will allow any officer going to an address, where there is a call for service, to be aware of the person(s) condition/disability. 

To have someone you know and love entered into our CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch) system simply go to the New Iberia City Website and click on the link on the home page for CAD Notification Request Form https://www.cityofnewiberia.com/site.php and fill this form out and send back in to the Communications Supervisor listed on the form or drop off to Police Headquarters or City Hall receptionist.
