An Alabama based nonprofit visited the Hub City to cut grass for the elderly, disabled, veterans and single mothers for free.
The Raising Men Lawn Care service was created in 2015 by Rodney Smith junior.
Smith’s visit is part of nationwide lawn cutting tour
The nonprofit encourages kids to take part in a “50-yard challenge” where they cut lawns and get free gifts.
The service has cut about 2,000 lawns across the country.
