The mayor of Opelousas has been granted a restrain order today.
Mayor Reginald Tatum claims, Larry Martin Jr. has been threatening him with phone calls and on Facebook saying that he has been talking about his grandson.
Tatum Claims they were rumors.
Tatum says the restraint give him some relief.
“He can’t come around for 6 months, can’t post of FB or anything derogatory towards me.”
Everyone should be able to feel safe and protected and Tatum says he would do the same for the Martins if they needed help.
