OPELOUSAS, La. (KLFY)—Officers are looking for a man they believe committed a burglary, authorities said.

Opelousas Police said they have now obtained an arrest warrant for Joey Dupre.

Police said they believe Dupre is connected to a burglary which took place on August 26, 2016.

According to a news release, if anyone comes into contact with the suspect, to use caution and to contact Det. Romalis Thomas at 945-2500 ext. 120.
