The Pontoon Bridge near Esterwood has re-opened.
The bridge has been closed on and off for repairs since the 2016 flood.
DOTD officials say they are waiting on material to fix the bridge.
The repair should take about three months.
The Pontoon Bridge is only open to car traffic.
