ST. MARTINVILLE, La. (KLFY)- The St. Martin Parish Sheriff’s Office has issued a reminder that due to rising water the following roads will be closed to traffic except residents in the area:
- East Stephensville Road
- Tower Tank Road
- Four Mile Bayou Road
- Landry Street
- Adell Street
- Edna Street
Only Stephensville Road and Bayou Estates Subdivision have reopened.
Please do not sightsee or attempt to go around barricades and/or signage that have been put in place, and please be respectful of those who live in these affected areas, the sheriff;s office said.
Please do not attempt to drive through standing water on the roadway, the department added.
