Sandbags are available to residents in the rural areas of the parish at the Acadia Parish Barns in Crowley, Branch ,and Iota from 6:30 a.m. and 5 p.m.Crowley
The City of Crowley will have sandbags available to residents within the city limits at the Public Works building located on W. Hwy 90 until 6 p.m.Church Point
Sandbags are available to residents at the City Barn starting at 10:30 a.m.Rayne
Sandbags will be available to residents until 4 p.m. 1315 Section St.
Iberia Parish
Sand and sand bags are available at the following locations:
- O.M Fire Station
- Grand Marais Fire Station
- Coteau Fire Station
- Rynella Fire Station
- Delcambre City Hall
- Loreauville Park
Shovels will not be provided and residents should be prepared to fill their own sandbags.

The City of New Iberia will be offering sandbags for residents who need them during the inclement weather forecast this week.
Residents can pick up the bags from 9:30 am till 3 pm at 907 Fulton Street.
For ease of access, the City is asking residents to approach the facility from the North Street end.
Evangeline Parish
Residents can pick up sandbags at several locations throughout the parish:
Ville Platte Yard, 1200 Vocational Drive, Ville Platte
Mamou Yard, 1321 Hwy 95, Mamou
Basile Yard, 1152 Hunter Rd., Basile
Lone Pine Fire Dept.
Bag yourself, 10 bag maximum
Lafayette Parish
Residents wishing to sandbag their property may access sandbags at one of two locations:
North District sandbagging is at the compost facility, located at 400 Dugas Road, off N. University Ave.,
South District sandbags will be available at 1017 Fortune Road in Youngsville.
Sandbags are available in Lafayette Parish seven days a week, during daytime hours at the two separate locations.
The two sites are “self-bagging,” meaning the bags and sand are provided to Lafayette Parish residents free of charge, but residents will need to supply their own manpower and shovel. Residents are asked to limit their sandbags to four bags per exterior door, with a maximum of 20 sandbags per household.Youngsville
Sandbags are available to all city residents due to possible flooding at Old Horse Arena location on Iberia Street.
Residents must bring a shovel to fill the bags. Sand and bags are at the site.
Jefferson Davis Parish
Flooding in the area is possible over the next few days as heavy rains are expected in Jefferson Davis Parish.
For residents concerned that their homes may flood, several locations around the parish offer sandbags:

-Lake Arthur Community Center (Pick up bag first at Lake Arthur Police Department)
-Woodlawn Fire Station
-Welsh Police Jury Yard across from Welsh Community Center
-Hathaway Fire Station on Hwy 102
-Fenton Police Jury Yard on Estes Road
-Lacassine Fire Station on Ann Street
St. Landry Parish
Sand and bags are now available for St. Landry Parish residents until further notice.
Residents must bring their own shovels.
Pick-up Location: Yambilee Building, 1939 W Landry St., Opelousas.
Limit: 15 sandbags per resident

Sandbags are available to residents throughout the parish at the following locations:

Area 3 Barn, 29 Memorial Dr., Gueydan
Area 4 Barn, 13531 Gladu Rd., Kaplan
Shovels and bags available. You have to bag your own. The sand is located outside the barn and open 24 hours.Maurice
The Village of Maurice has sand and bags available for citizens at the City Hall complex located at 115 Corrine St.
Citizens are asked to bring their own shovel to fill the bags.
