Jefferson Davis Parish authorities are looking for a suspected armed robber.

Authorities say the suspect held up the Dollar General store on Highway 26 in Jennings Saturday night. 

When deputies arrived the store employees advised the robber was a black male, wearing a blue handkerchief around his mouth, black pants and a black hoodie jacket. 

He allegedly robbed the two employees at gunpoint and left the store in a maroon colored truck. The store manager reported the robber got away with $1,533.90 in cash.
