Abbeville Police assisted U.S. Marshals in arresting a suspect named Brandon Harrison on a warrant.

Harrison was located in an Abbeville apartment complex and was arrested without incident.

SLCC’s nearby campus was temporarily on lockdown, Abbeville PD spokesman Sgt. Ryan Boutte said.

Harrison is being process in the Vermilion Parish Correctional Center.
