A TORNADO WATCH has been issued, mostly for the northern portions of Acadiana, until 7pm this eveing. However, with Acadiana’s close proximity to the watch, it’s safe to say that all of Acadiana should be on alert through the afternoon. Unfortunately, the threat for tornadoes within this watch is high, with the possibility of a few tornadoes EF2 or stronger. Monitor your weather sources and stick with KLFY through the day for updates.
