November is National Entrepreneur Month and the Opportunity Machine Innovation Conference is the melting pot for local businesses to connect.
Touchstone ABA is highlighting how companies can benefit from learning to use Applied Behavior Analysis to increase safety, satisfaction, efficiency and productivity in the workplace.
During National Entrepreneur Month, their conference session will provide an opportunity to learn more about how Organizational Behavior Management, (OBM), measures are used to objectively identify and modify environmental variables that affect employee performance and impact company outcomes.
That includes; employee retention, performance, incentive programs and more. Angela Moran is a Certified Behavior Analyst with Touchstone ABA.
“Behavioral analysis you can use in all aspects of life. At Touchstone, we use it working with kids in our clinical department, but then we also use it consulting with schools or companies in an OBM way,” said Moran.
“We look at what’s happening in that moment objectively and say okay this is going really well. We’re looking at these measures and these metrics. Or in this area, we really need to revisit this soon, so we can help you continue to grow in the ways that you want to,” she added.
Representatives with Touchstone is presenting at the Opportunity Innovative Machine Conference from 1:15 to 2:15 p.m. this afternoon. Main conference sessions are taking place at the LITE Center.
