The town of Erath will be shutting off its power from 7 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Mayor John Earl LeBlanc said.
The town is upgrading its substation, which requires a temporary shutdown, city hall said.
LeBlanc said he apologizes for the inconvenience it will cause residents and businesses.
