While no one was able to claim the big prize in Saturday’s Powerball drawing, a winning ticket was sold in Ville Platte. 

Powerball officials report that a $50,000 ticket was purchased at Murphy USA on E. Lasalle Street in Ville Platte. 

The ticket matched four of the five white ball numbers and the Powerball, Lottery officials announced.

The winning numbers for Saturday, March 16 were: 30, 34, 39, 53 and 67, and Powerball 11. 

Earlier this week, another ticket matching four of the five white ball numbers and the Powerball was also sold in Ville Platte at the Food Mart, 200 East Main Street, in Ville Platte. 

The winning numbers for Wednesday, March 13 were: 18, 36, 45, 47 and 69, and the Powerball 14.
