JEFF DAVIS PARISH, La. (KLJefferson Davis Parish Sheriff’s detectives made two arrests yesterday in reference to the theft of a tractor from locations near Welsh. 

A John Deere tractor was recovered. 

Tyler James Theriot, 24, of Welsh, was arrested and booked on charges of one count criminal damage to property and one count of unauthorized use of a movable. 

Winston Fear, 29, also of Welsh, was arrested and charged with theft, one count criminal damage to property and one count of criminal trespassing.

Both are held in the parish jail with no bond. Additional arrests are expected in this investigation.
