LAFAYETTE, La. (KLFY) Many people in the Duson area are in the dark at this hour after a vehicle apparently rolled into a power pole near the corner of Ridge Road and South Richfield Road.

State Police, Lafayette Fire Officials and medical emergency personnel are on the scene.

No word on any injuries or when the power would be restored.
