A New Orleans woman woke up to an unknown man standing over her, covering her mouth with his hand in Uptown New Orleans Sunday morning.
According to preliminary reports from NOPD, a 49-year-old woman woke up just before 4 a.m. Sunday morning to an unknown man standing over her with his hand over her mouth. The woman shook free of the unknown man’s grasp and screamed “NO!”
The man then fled out the front door into the 1000 block of Lowerline Street.
The unknown man is described as a white male with dark hair, possibly wearing a hooded sweatshirt at the time.
