Several lottery tickets sold in the Youngsville area recently have produced some big ticket winners. 

This week, a convenience store in Youngsville sold a winning Double Match scratch off ticket worth $10,000, officials announced Tuesday. 

Circle-K, located at 3900 Verot School Rd., sold the winning ticket.

A winner has not been identified. 

In October, a Mega Millions ticket worth $10,004 was sold at NuNu’s Market Youngsville.

In March, a Powerball ticket sold at the Tiger Touchdown No 2, on East Milton Avenue in Youngsville matched all five white balls and the Powerball to win the jackpot worth an estimated $55.9 million; $33.5 million cash value,” Powerball officials said.

A retired Lafayette couple and their two adult children claimed the jackpot through a family trust, a news release from Louisiana Lottery stated.

Lake Charles tax attorney Russell J. Stutes Jr. claimed the March 24 prize on behalf of The Moose Family Trust.

In December, 2017 a $50,000 winner matched four of the five white ball numbers and the Powerball.

The ticket was also sold at NuNu’s.
