CAMERON, La. (KPLC) – A Youngsville man died in a boating accident Sunday morning in Cameron Parish, according to KPLC.

The Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries identified the man as Clint Guilliot, 57.

Lt. Beau Robertson told KPLC Guillot drowned after falling overboard near West Pass.

Guillot was not wearing a life jacket at the time, according to authorities.

The case remains under investigation.
